Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on providing quality products in a timely manner. The majority of our items are made to order, and the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Decorations/Toppers typically take 2-5 business days and Apparel/T-shirts generally take 5-10 business days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
- Standard shipping- generally takes 3-5 business days to be delivered.
- Priority shipping- generally takes 2-3 business days.
- Express Priority shipping- generally takes 1-2 business day (this is the only option that the delivery date is guaranteed).
*Keep in mind these days are not included in the production time.
For example, once your order is made, it may take me up to 7 days to create it.

Shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. You can track the status of your order directly on the USPS website and entering your tracking number.
DELIVERY
- Any delivery dates communicated by The Icing On The Kake are estimate delivery dates provide by USPS.
- The Icing On The Kake has no control over the accuracy of arrival time once your order has been relinquished to USPS.
- The Icing On The Kake is not responsible for any USPS delays that may occur. This includes unexpected weather delays, unexpected closings, shipping damage, lost and/or stolen packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to:
- Correct abbreviations
- Street numbers
- Building or apartment numbers
